I won one on eBay 5 yrs ago for about $81. Drove 3 1/2 hours to get it.
It was in good structrual shape, but inside was nothing but nicotine encrusted cobwebs. (They had a fan in them behind the LED scoreboard to extract all of the heat the 2.5 amps of 12V lamps (10 lamps) in that area, and it sucked through tons of bar air

The fan was clogged but still spinning, the rest of the cabinet very similar.
Over the course of a month (December as I picked it up right after Thanksgiving), I stripped, sanded, deodorized and repainted the whole thing (amazing considering this was northern minnesota--our last dry winter before this one this year).
In the end it turned out nice and found a better monitor and board without analog chip problems (the ones that control the height of the trees/buildings/colors of the side of the road). It's a funky board design. I think I invested about $150 total (cost+extra parts+refurbishing supplies/paint) to make it nice. It's missing almost half of the side art though.
I remember the guy selling it north of Minneapolis had just gone through a divorce and had to rid the huge double deep garage of all the games (as he had lost the house)... and he had rows and rows of them including a Star Wars cockpit, and some rarer games I haven't seen around these parts.
