Price Check: Three Stooges Arcade Game

This one could be all over the place based on how rarely they sell.

$2k plus to start

My guess is that you could find a buyer at $4k+ (maybe not 10 buyers, but all it takes is 1)

The die hard collector's of Three Stooges are out there, I'm one. Didn't even know an arcade game machine existed. Loved watching their shows with the old man back in the day.

Got pics / game play of your machine?

I will soon. I just picked it up :)
I found it online, it was part of an estate. Great, great score!

If you are close to Chicago, the galloping ghost Arcade has one to play

I remember my buddy sold a complete project for $75 a few years ago. The title is cool but it's such a bad game.

One sold last year for about $1200 - 1500 . I don't remember exactly but no more than that .

Great find! I hope that it wasn't in my area and I missed it lol. That collection is growing fast! I warned you.

Mike
Thanks Mike. I picked up a cruisin World sit down recently also. I'm up to five games now, and counting! I found The Three Stooges in Methuen, Mass. close to the New Hampshire border. I was very lucky that I was the first person to contact them.

You might recognize the Moon Patrol...

Sounds like an awesome grab. Document the hell out of it while it's in your possession. Good times!

Thanks, I'm definitely documenting as best I can. It's numbers matching and all original. I'm in touch with the actual software designer for this game, he's helping me try to get some info on the serial numbers.

I've already had two offers for almost double that price and I haven't even listed it for sale anywhere yet.

Then what are you still doing on this thread??? Sell that dog while you got the chance! I love the Stooges and I must admit the game play is horrible.

If it were me, I'd keep it. Looks to be in near pristine condition and it looks amazing!

Hang on to it until the next big anniversary (100th) of the Three Stooges comes around. It's either based upon 1928 or 1930 depending on who you ask; only 10-12 years to go!

I looked up game play videos of it, doesn't seem that bad.

Maybe by then you'll grow to love it.

Seems like a solid investment for 10-12 years if it's not hurting your wallet.
