Considering only 519 were made and for the pure novelty of it I'd consider it.
Price? Wow - I'd have to take the stance that rare doesn't always mean "high demand/wanted."
The Super Mario pin in decent shape is typically ~$800.
This redemption because of the rarity I'd probably put at $800 - $1000. I'm sure most people would say that's way too high.
You very well may be able to score some righteous dollars out of this on eBay. People pay stupid amounts of money for the Nintendo neon sign. Just make sure you buy it because you like it. Never as an investment and you're sure not to be dissapointed.
I had a chance to get one for a decent price, but I passed, I love the looks of it, but it's just too small, I think the novelty would have worn off pretty quickly...
I sold mine earlier this year for $1,400. I only paid $400 for it, and I was planning on keeping it for a while, but when someone makes you that kind of offer you take it.
I have one of these that I'm trying to get rid of, I'd accept about $500 for it. I've got some pictures of it up at

So take a look if you're interested, and PM me if you want more info.

well welcome to klov reuven. This would be the mario pin I was refferring to. Nice first post by the way.
I have one. It's cool and fun. But no one really plays it. I don't hate it and wouldn't sell it, but I am glad it's not my only pin.
I know people call it redemption, but I don't really see that. It's a normal pinball machine, just smaller. There is an option for redemption where it will spit out tickets as you play. Or, you can put it on normal pinball play mode and it doesn't do tickets and keeps score like any other pin.
