Theres one listed locally for $350.00 from the pics it looks descent no problems with game play. Ive bought a couple games from the guy already he's an EX OP and I already know I can get him down on the price. Its not for me (i dont care for fighters) but a buddy of mine has me looking out for a fighter for him. Whats the average price for a SF2CE these days?

sound like a fair price..maybe a bit low... a working a game for 350? consdiering it can be turned into a 19 in 1 pretty quick...seems like a great deal.

Depends on:

* the particular cab
* size of monitor
* version of SF2 (are you sure it's CE?) You can change that to HF by reburning a few chips
* condition condition condition.

$300 working dynamo complete art but ok condition. $500+ if it's got a 25" monitor and looks really really nice.

$150 for a bad conversion.... but it works.

The game is much better IMHO on a 25 inch monitor than a 19. What size monitor does it have?

Also, what kind of cabinet is it exactly?

Overall, I would pay $200 tops for this game. There are a ton of these around. I've paid as little as $50 for one.

I'd say 200$, I can get a dedicated one. .. Well as dedicated as they come in a dynamo cut corner cab in nice shape for 150$

This is spot on.
I've sold a Ce for way less. They come and go on my local cl to hold any value over 350.

If pictures don't lie... then get it. Offer $250 but do get it.
Its CPO is intact and that's not usually in that good of shape.
It looks cared for.

If you do get it, do the HF upgrade.
PM me and I can tell you who can and what would need to be upgraded on this.

Lots of SF2 restore threads lately and they are all usually thrashed.
If this was local, I would get it and I already have 3 machines setup for this.

BTW on the back of this cab youb should see the dynamo tag that lables this as SFIII instead of CE but that's what they considered it. It is a dedicated 25 and one of the best ones to get, an HS5

Mine is exactly like that and I gave $300 for it. A little on the high side, but it was only 15min from home:). I would definitely pick that up. Good luck

If you can. Try to see if it's the champagne Edition like the guy in the video says. That version is uber rare.

For real though. If you can get it for what praried|101 said. Then you got a deal. The artwork alone can run up money. I'm not even going to talk about restoration costs and time/effort.

just emailed the guy,his response was.

"it runs solid. brother just fixed it up. as you can tell from the pics it looks fantastic.

i just listed it though with 3 responses so far. wasnt going to drop my pants yet. you have bought stuff so i will do it for 300.00."

BUT just talked to my freind and he's tapped right now,so if anyone in houston is looking for a SF here ya go.
