I'm starting to thin out some parts and pcbs in the hoard and came on this Anteater pcb i picked up somewhere but tbh I have no clue when or where :p. it looks complete and in good shape but I'm unable to test, there are some bodge wires on it, not sure if thats factory. tried looking here and on ebay for past sales but didnt find any confirmed sales, just one post back in 2020 where it was suggested another pcb could be worth $400, but id rather go off confirmed sales when it comes to putting a price on something. any help on this would really be appreciated, thanks guys.

One of the hardest PCBs to price because there aren't a bunch of confirmed sales to reference. But it's very desirable.

If it were mine, I'd start an auction at $400 unless I got it verified working. No auction = mmao

Such a fun game and yeah, these never come up. So I like the $400 starting point of an auction and see what happens.

And what other cool boards are you selling?

Honestly, I'd be happy getting $400 out of it, never been one for creating bidding wars on stuff, I was surprised that it could be worth that untested so yeah. my guess is the bodge wires on it are factory since these same board mods were present on the one that was posted back in 2020.

As with any sale just be as candid and accurate as possible about what you actually know about the board, include plenty of good hi-res pics and let the buyers make up their minds on if it's worth it. I doubt you'd have much trouble pulling $400 for Anteater.

At this point, I don't really have a set idea what all else I'm gonna be selling off. I've made a habit of going into operators stashes and kinda-sorta buying everything and picking through it later. Unfortunately I've done that a few too many times and now it's time to purge. I'm basically gonna be going through bins I have and pulling the stuff for games that I'm unlikely to ever want to mess with and tossing that out into the world and see what all happens. I do have several of the kurts kasich (sp?) plug in boards that I'll be putting out mainly because I don't have the main rig just the small add on boards for different games. The only stuff that I'm definitely NOT gonna part with would be anything vector, but all else is gonna be fair game.

$400 is an epic deal for a very classic and insanely rare anteater pcb, if it works and if it's 100% original (by the looks of your photos, this appears to be true!)

thanks for the feedback on this guys, tossed it up for $425 shipped obo, fingers crossed it finds a home, rather see it in a cab vs in my parts hoard.
