Title says it all. How much is this game worth?

The good: Monitor looks great, sound is good, controls are responsive. Cab is solid. Been HUO for the last 5 years or so.

The bad: Artwork (particularly the right side) is worn/faded/uneven. The CPO is peeling up from the back (visible if you look for it in the pic) - I assume this is repairable with some glue...?

I saw one sell on E-Bay for $585 recently, but that seems high to me. Anyone buy or sell one recently?

Thanks.

For a good dedicated jamma game like this I'd like to think $100 per each player. Figure a minimum fair price for both parties would be $400. $500 is very possible depending on where you live, as this game is pretty sought after.

I bought mine for $350. I wouldn't sell it for anything less than $600. It gets mega-play from the 12 and under crowd when people are at my house.

this and ninja turtles are what my friends are always saying i should get. There is a pretty big demand for it from what i can tell.

i wuold pay up to 500 personally but it would have to be in real nice shape.

I bought mine for $200 from a Namco Cyberstation and sold it for $500. The art was much worse than that, and the CPO was gone (it just had the characters cutouts and the button functions). Had some knockoff marquee too.

Have you checked Namco's website to see if there are any near you?

HUO for only the last five years. Then there is the 15 years before that :)

Exactly :) I know it works, and I know it hasn't been horribly abused in the last few years (although there were some kids in the house...)

Thanks for all of the comments. It seems $400-600 is a fair price for me to look for if I decide to sell it.

It also appears that the original controls: leaf joysticks and and leaf buttons are still there. Thats a big price/selling point in my book.

Yes, they are all leaf switches on the CP. A few of the tabs are broken on Marge/Lisa, so they either need to be fixed or replaced prior to selling. Sucks that the game isn't at my house, or it would probably be done by now.

I just completely redid one and got $1500. All new artwork, everything cleaned good and a newer but used monitor.
