Someone I know is selling a "rawhide" em pinball. decent shape, said it worked when he put it away, which I know means nothing especially when it comes to em games. According to ipdb it was the last pin made by Chicago Coin, and then Stern continued to make it under their name. Would it be worth more if it was a Chicago Coin version or does that not matter at all?

Mr Pinball price guide 2010 says:

Rawhide - Chicago Coin - $425

Rawhide - Stern - $500

Obviously those figures represent a machine in pretty decent shape. Your mileage may vary.

Ok, thanks for the info. Why is it that everyone that owns an EM pinball seems to think it's a priceless antique and wants thousands for it?? In reality, they always seem to be worth less than most ss machines!

I feel you pain. I personally blame the crazies on ebay with high prices. I also blame american pickers and yawn stars. I cringe when a game is shown and then they *value* it 10 fold. I see stupid prices on the non coin op versions. CB Charlie $500.00 someone called me and that is what they wanted.
