PQ : *Price Check* Quadra Pong Cocktail

I visited an old timer here in Anchorage who has collected a lot things including arcade and pinball machines. He is selling me a Quadra Pong. It doesn't work nor does it look like the KLOV pic. It is octagonal on top w/ a cushion around the top. Like a poker table. It looks original and complete. It does not work but it looks 100% original. I have a buddy who is an electrical engineer who loves challenges and may be able to get it working. I'm just wondering if it's worth my time and money to buy this thing. The only reason I would buy it is to "flip" it. I know ...... Anchorage Alaska! I would consider that when it comes to selling this thing.

I thought that there was a market for original Pong arcades. I don't know. Anyone interested? No pics at this time nor can I get them soon. But, if anyone was seriously interested, pics would be provided before your decision would be made.

If it doesn't look like the one on KLOV then it is probably not an original Atari Quadrapong. That would definitely lower the price. And if its not working, that would lower the price much further as well.

I know a lot of people here would not pay over $100 for even a working pong cocktail clone. So, I would not recommend getting a broken one unless you are sure your friend could fix it. Its about a $25 or less game if its nonworking.

Probably not worth flipping.... if you could manage to get it fully working you could probably get $150 out of it on a good day.
