found a playchoice 10 counter top version for sale, and was wondering what the value of an average condition one would be (includes Super Mario 3, Super Contra, Gauntlet, and golf playchoice games

I don't know the price but I'd love to own one .

If you pick it up , post some pictures .

I don't care about the rarity factor. A countertop just isn't as cool as an upright. Tiny monitor, tiny joysticks, might as well just play your old nes.

I have one extra that needs 1 joystick to complete / I have a realy nice completely restored that I paid 800 for , it is a 9.5 out of 10 and another that is completely original that is a 9 out of 10.i paid 650 for , then my extra is like a 6 or 7 out of a 10 I paid 375 for that one. If anyone can find them for 400 that's great ,the motherboard alone cost 200 and if you can find the joysticks , I've been looking for a year , they are like 75-100 complete , my brother has one also his is complete he paid 500 with 10 common games a few years ago !! They are great and take up almost no space !!

If its the one from 2600 I think it will fit its tight though / I believe my brother got his to work

I'm to late a nice countertop just sold on eBay for 800 buy it now he would not ship to md it was in ca it was up for only hours it had 10 games in it . It had a good selection in it , I would of paid 1100 had rcproam punchout powerblade he could of got 1500 but would not ship to md I wish I could of got him to ship !!

n00b here, just got into arcade restoration about a month ago when I bought my first upright.

Just NOW I remembered that I have a PlayChoice countertop sitting in my mother's basement in South Dakota for the past 10 years. I bought it for 80 bucks in college. 4/5 condition. I do remember the volume having issues (full volume with no way to turn down), but that's it. My vehicle is tiny so I don't know when I'll ever get it to my home in Boise -- could be a few more years -- but it's nice to know this is a sought-after piece  Never did like the tiny joysticks though. I suppose replacing them with wicos would be blasphemy.
