I have a decent Paperboy I am thinking of selling. Works fine, a bit of burn-in on the monitor. Could use some new side art, but the marquee is perfect. Handlebars work great as well. Any idea what this would go for?

About 4 years ago I paid $500 for a Paperboy. Sideart and CPO were in decent shape. Problem was there were no Paperboys for sale in a several hundred mile radius for some time. Supply and demand I suppose, I wanted it bad enough so I paid the price. Working medium res monitor in them also bumps up the price as they are hard to come by.

post pics, but it should be anywhere for $250-$600 depending on conditon of the cab and especially the monitor.

That auction is weird to me. Those pics suck, and only one is of the machine? Hmm.

I don't doubt nice PB's sell for good money, but one w/ no side art and a burned tube should be considerably cheaper, no? I paid $400 for mine, and it had no side art. That's where my price came from.

well, the guy said it could use side art, does not mean it needs side art. Plus a bit of screen burn is a subjective term, thats why you need to see pics.

Honestly, I was surprised it went that high also with the ad the way it was. I sold in my city about 10 miles from me and the one in this post is that close also, so I had to use it for a base of reference. I do think the seller got lucky though.

I agree 100% I sold one earlier this year for $475 with torn art. Slight burn and fully working. At the time and still now. I am under the asumption it is a sub $450 game most of the time. Less if the tube burn is medium to severe. I would not sell my nice one for that money though. Championship Sprints seem to go for $100 less even though they have the same parts.

Did you get my Private mesage by the way. When you land on a price, I am interested.

Here's a picture of that one that sold on ebay. Nice side art. :)
