Whats does a nice marquee and working pcb go for? I might be picking a full game up and the wife wants a multicade. So i was thinking about selling the pcb and marquee to fund the 60-1 pcb

It's more than just a ROM swap. There's an epoxy coated daughter card that I think replaces the Z80, so you'll probably need a new Z80 (I'm not 100% sure on this). You'll also need to replace at least one color PROM (which I think Riptor also does)

Yeah, you have to remove the epoxy daughter card and install a Z-80 back into the CPU socket. 4A and 7F contain color PROMs that must be changed as well as the ROMs in rows 5 and 6. Bob Roberts has those, IIRC.

You could go with a 96-in-1 kit. That would give the multigame feel without JAMMAtizing or otherwise harming a dedicated Pac.

Don't forget about swapping the 2 color PROMS as well, I learned that the hard way....
