I have an opportunity to pick up a decent condition and supposedly fully functional Out Run sit-down. It isn't the really big one with the wheels, but the other sit-down version.

What's a decent price for one of these? I've got a Turbo Out Run upright that I'm going to be getting soon (got it at a very good price for its condition), and figured the regular Out Run in a sit-down version would be a cool addition if I could pick it up at a reasonable price.

I've not seen too many of the Out Run sit-down versions around, so I don't have a good handle on what the going rate for one of these would be.

Any opinions greatly appreciated, as always...

Thanks,
Greg

Depends on the model. To my knowledge theres a standard cockpit and then also a full motion cockpit. I have no idea on price but I think both are pretty rare finds compared to the uprights, and I'd guess the full motion has a higher value than the standard. Either way have fun moving that beast, bring some buddies and beer.

$300-500 depending on condition and how hard up they are to dump it. I've seen motion cockpits go for $300 working but they went fast.

Most don't want this non-motion cockpit as it's bulky and missing motion.

I'm a sucker and paid roughly $300 for a supposedly working sitdown with motion. Turned out to have a dead monitor, PCB and sound board. I'm about $600 into it.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'll bet the guy is looking to get more than these numbers, but I might still go take a look and shoot him an offer anyway...

Thanks,
Greg
