Price Check - original Dragon's Lair + Space Ace via Merlin card

Quick price check as I am considering selling my original Dragon's Lair machine that is very nicely restored collector quality.

I have installed the Merlin card that allows you to play either Dragon's Lair or Space Ace on the same machine and there are two laser disc players within the cabinet: one with Dragon's Lair disc and the other with Space Ace disc. To switch games, I simply switch over a couple of the input/output plugs on the back of the laser player to the one I want to play - takes about 30 seconds.

Both laser discs are in pristine condition without significant scratches and there is no laser rot when they play. I also have two additional laser disc players to go along with the machine as backup players if some day the others wear out (so 4 total laser disc players in all).

Thanks for your input!!

The release of Dexter has complicated things a little bit. Does the existence of Dexter make original laser disc hardware more valuable or less valuable? Depends on who you talk to, I imagine.

Photos would help. If it was a year ago I'd say $2000-$2500 just based on your description. Now I'm not sure. The three extra working players and the two discs in very good condition would nudge it toward the high end of that range, IMO.

Great question because I have discs working laser players and Dexters.I'm not sure what will hold its value better Dexter or Original hardware?
