What is a fair price for a 95% condition, all original, 100% working w/original manual Death Race? Possible opportunity to buy this machine but want to get idea of value vs. sale price.

Thanks for any help!!

Yup. A collector would easily drop a cool grand for that game in said condition.

However this is a game that if I ever saw listed on CL, it would probably be listed for $100 by some ding-bat in BFE. And yes, the cabinet would be buried in the far reaches of a shed on the pic.

Yeah, I would think $1000+ would be a fair selling price for one 100% working in such nice shape.

What is the seller asking?

There is a guy over North Carolina some place that has one (or did when I was there a couple summers ago) that only wanted (I think it was) $500 for it...great condition and working.

one of those games you get one of two ways. Pure luck in the wild from a source that has no idea what it is really cheap, or from someone that does know not so cheap.

The lucky in the wild scenario won't happen very often, and the collector to collector price is likely to be in the 1500-2000 range. Don't think you can influence a found in the wild price with a collector price.
