Saw a Lunar lander and it's playing blind. I just curoius what it's worth. I can't compare it to what paid for my old one comapres to this one. Too many years between them.

I seen working one go for 800 to 1200 range.
Just cuirous what blind playing one is worth.

Thanks..

I responded to his original ad, but he never replied, then the posted it for sale again with pics a few days ago. My guess is that he wants top $$$ for it even with the monitor out. Couldn't be too hard to fix. When you consider a board for this game sold for $500 recently, if you could get it for somewhere under a grand you'd be in good shape.

You know whats funny, I called one of my friends about another game and mention this LL game. He was on route to pick it up as we spoke on the phone.

It's nice to find other people with the same hobby but It's not so nice when the compete against you on games Laughs in kindness.

I offer to let him use my LL as a test bench if he got stuck on trying to repair his.

Yes, we are all competitors in some ways, especially when great deals come along. I don't know what this guy wanted to for the game, but it sounded like an auction. The last working one I saw around here sold for around $500. That was a very good price but there was a story behind it.

I am completely out of space for more games so I really should not be even looking...

Lunar Lander

I know the guy who got that last lunar lander. It was supposedly from the set of Silver Spoons. Either way I got the one from the IE CL, it was a lady. I made her a fair offer. Asked her if there was any cab damage and she said it was perfect. When I got there she pulled off the plastic that it was wrapped in and there was some water damage on the bottom of the cabinet. Not too bad though so I ended up getting it at a discounted rate. =) Game had a vertical line but you could see it playing. Got it home and working with 20 min. Cleaned it up a little but the panel still has dirt in the thrust area and here it is.

I have only seen one of those. Very cool game. Always been a big fan of the Apollo program and I would love to have one. It would be real nice to have an Asteroids next to it. Good pick up. A little touch up on the black and she'll look great.
