Bulk buy I'd say offer $100 a piece regardless if they're working or not. That seems to make most old time operators happy.
Ask yourself the following :
How many of these do I want for myself
Do I have the capacity financially to buy all of these.
Do I have the capacity to store all of these.
How much can I really get them all for ?
If you only want 2 or 3 of them, it might be worth it to pay a little more per machine and cherry pick while offering to help get the word out that he has machines for sale. Not many people can pick up that many games at once. And unless you can, you might want to remind him of that.
Some Bingos can go for some $$$ but mostly they are worth almost nothing.
I've been looking for a Space Odyssey, and I'd be interested in the Defender pin of course.![]()
The Space Odyssey is a pretty rare game and looks to be in very good shape. That Stratovox also looks pretty nice.
Those bingo pins would need to be price checked on a game by game basis to see if there is anything worthwhile. I guess for $100 apiece it's hard to go wrong, but still, ending up with dozens of those bingo pins seems like a giant headache...
another factor is how far from home they are. Do you have to rent a truck ? Is it around the corner or several trips of 30 miles ? And I agree, there are a lot of clunkers there, not sure I agree with $100 per vid and up to $300 per pin. If that Strikes and Spares is missing boards or displays, it won't be worth much. I don't even think they sell for $1k working. Be careful and don't overpay.
if i get them and don't want or need ether ill gladly sell them to u at cost, Ron
