Condition is everything. Collectors quality varies between collectors. Does the MB have new sideart? If not, most likely the original sideart is wrinkled near the legs. Clear coated original playfield or a new reproduction playfield? A nice clean original MB (non-restored) might be in the $6000-7000 range. I recently seen MB's with new sideart with restored original or new reproduction playfields go for $9000-$10000.

Bad Cats - Most Bad Cats playfields have issues with inserts. Need more info or pictures to price out. A nice Bad Cats may go for $2000 but a total mint one with no insert issues may be in the $3000 price range.

South Park - Nice ones range $2000-$2500. Ones with issues are under 2k.

Condition is everything.
I definitely agree with this statement. However, that said, prices I have seen (and I am speaking for prices on the east coast) tell me that those estimates for Bad Cats and South Park are on the high side (especially Bad Cats). Those are retail prices.

I think it is safe to say that a fairly nice South Park should NOT be over $2000; and nice Bad Cats should be well under $2000 (unless we are talking about an HEP restoration or the like).

I'll let others speak to MB because I have not followed that one, though I know like many "A list" B/W titles, it is on the rise.

Ultimately, I think someone has to decide what a title is worth to them and how patient they want to be waiting for a good priced example. Nothing wrong for overpaying for a game you really want; just know that you ARE overpaying.

I would absolutely agree, but the words "collector Quality" changes everything, a Collector quality MB has been bringing 12-16k

Never have I seen a collector quality South Park or Bad Cats, but CQ usually means over the top restorations right? Chrome rails, new play fields, as good or better than new.....

Agree with his prices, but I really do think geography plays into pricing big time. Places near bigger cities - DC, Philly, NYC, Chicago, LA are probably going to fetch more higher prices. Farther you get from a metro area you are the better chance you will probably get a better/cheaper price.

I recently bought a HUO South Park for $1,400 in way above average condition. It had one switch with an intermittent problem but it turned out to be a cold solder joint. I feel I paid on the high side but the condition was so nice I justified it.
