Price Check Non working Smash TV

Here are some pics of the cab. It has some fade as they all seem to and the marquee is faded as well. My son will love to battle on this one when it's good to go.

Sorry forgot to mention I re-seated the roms and also checked the voltage which was ok.

It is cool to see some pinball art inside the cab : )

reseat all the socketed chips(not just the roms). Check for bent pins. if your lucky its one of the socketed chips thats bad(maybe one one of the ram chips).

Have any pics of the pinball pieces inside the cabinet? I never looked that closely at my Smash TV when I had it :(

I know they do this with support pieces for pinballs though, was just suprised they would have used something as old as a Black Knight.

Nice pickup by the way, Hope you can get the graphics worked out.

Chris

Here are some pics of the pieces that I can see. I hope I can get it working better soon as well.

Could be pieces of a Black Knight 2000? That game was made a year before smash tv.

Mine has pieces of a pool sharks pinball in the marquee area.

Ahh! Black Knight 2000 and Elvira and the party monsters

+1, I was just going to post this :)

Suprised they would have those around. Maybe the cabinets were damaged and they used them for parts. I wish I had an Elvira, and still wish I hadn't sold my Black Knight 2000.

Thanks for posting the pictures!

Chris

Yeah it does but at least they replaced them with the 360 version, which does not feel that bad. I will have to start searching for the originals after I work out the PCB issue.
