Price Check: Mortal Kombat I & II PCB's

I'd say in the 75.00-90.00 range.

They require the regular JAMMA plus a kick harness for the extra buttons, yes, so JAMMA+.

Do they have the sound boards with them?

RussM

I don't know if these come with sound boards. I just put that question to the seller. If so, I am scooping these up.

don't forget there's a custom harness between the main PCB and the sound PCB in addition to the ribbon cable, and a separate mini harness from the sound PCB for a volume POT. all the parts to make these and the kick harness are available from Bob [that's how i built mine,] but of course making your own adds on cost and time.

i'd say about $25-$35 working w/o sound board, $40-$50 w/sound board, and up to $75 if all the wiring is there too.

all prices guessed at unshipped and slightly adjusted for KLOV cheapness.

$500 a piece + shipping if you're selling them here
$5 a piece shipped if buying from here
(sarcasm of course )

Well I found both for $20 each from the same seller, but he only says the boards are tested/working, not able to coin them up and play. No mention one way or the other about including special cables, soundboards, volume pots or cod-flavored cockcheese.

i'm pretty sure the cod-flavored cockcheese isn't entirely necessary for proper installation and use, but maybe i'm missing something vital in my machine without it.

wow seems like these board have gone up. I was thinking no more than $50 with sound board and harness. for MK with volume cable I would say add another $10.

I think some MKII working pcbs ending on ebay under $30.00 recently. But i'm sure you knew that. I mean of cource you checked ebay for value before asking on KLOV.

WTF would I do that? I am not an ebay junkie who obsessively checks 'completed auctions' nor am I an RSS feed tit-sucker on every internet auction and for-sale site like some of you psychos. I ask here for what I need, when I need. Oh and Jethro, it's spelled course.

Now you know. Don't get snotty with Phet.

Getting snotty with Phet.

Checking ebay under completed auctions would be a better way to find the value of a PCB. Why are you asking me what they sell for? Nobody here can give you an idea without doing the research for you. What do you think about that Mr. Dictionary?

I'm sure this would have been without a soundboard or the auction not stating anything about the soundboard. I see people post the Main PCB without soundboard and cables all the time and those usually go for about $20.

I haven't seen a complete MK2 with sound PCB go for less than $75+shipping
