there is no set rule.
you really need to learn haggling on your own.
go look at the thing and strike a deal or walk.
 
He is wanting 450 for it and to me that's waaaay to high. just wanted input. 300-350 max is what I would pay for a really nice MP. Because at the end of the day it's still Moon Patrol.
 
Someone offered me $1100+ for mine. Granted, it's fully restored and re-stenciled, but as always, condition (cabinet, artwork, monitor and electronics) is huge, as is personal preference and fondness for the game. I'd have to see pics to justify $450, but it's really not out of line. With a High Score Save kit on the market, this game's value just went up with me. If you can get it for between $250 and $350, you did fine.

Oh, I thought you said "offer" you didn't say he had a price already. The $300 to $400 range it what I would pay (unrestored, fair to good condition).
