Price check: K4900 with cap kit done

Depends up which K490x you're asking about. Is it the 19", so K490x, vs. the 13" K4800 (some people confuse those)? Is it the 3, 4, or 5-pot version? Is it a standard res. or medium res, etc.? What's the actual model #?

It's a 19 inch, not sure of the exact model because most of the original stickers have been previously removed. Here are some pics of the chassis and the few remaining stickers.

why is that described as being a 5 pot when there's 7 pots total? are people calling it based on how many pots are in a row on the edge? I never understood this.

Yes. The 5 pots along the edge. It's been called that since the 90s when I started collecting.
