Okay, I spend most of my time on the arcade side but I'm looking to get a pin. An Incredible Hulk is available in driving distance. I don't really have an idea on price. He is asking $850 but said he listed that high because he knew he wouldn't get it. Playfield looks to be in good shape, but the back glass is rough.

Are repros of this backglass available and how much? What would a fair offer for this be?

What are you opinions of this pin? Good game play?

I think the gameplay is pretty bad also. A local op offered me one for $600 about a year ago so I'd assume the value falls somewhere below that. I really hate the art, couldn't they have at least put one other character on it?

Gameplay is pretty bad in my opinion but it sure looks cool ;)

Yeah, I think it would look cool next to the '79 Spider-man and the Atari Superman.

Didn't really notice that but you are right. How about a few villians.

Is there a reproduction back glass available for this?

I actually have both of those but not Hulk. I've wanted one for years and had a couple deals on the table that never came through. I'll definitely pick one up sooner or later. I'm toying with the idea of collecting all of the system 1 games so it's a double whammy for me :)

I'm not aware of a reproduction backglass for the game. The plastics have been reproduced but that doesn't really help you too much.

The op had every system 1 game all in a row. It was an impressive colection, especially since it was just taking up space in his warehouse.

I really plan to have themed areas of my future gameroom. One of these areas will be comic book characters. This machine is the lowest priority on my list of comic book themed video/pinball machines strictly because of the artwork.

I started thinking about it when I got Asteroid Annie. It's the only one that's really rare so I thought what the hell. Not something I'm pursuing actively right now but it definitely makes me more interested in system 1 games that come up.

That Incredible Hulk is nice!!!!!!! Never played one before! I love those System 1 SS games(Hopefully my next machine is one!) Something about those cool looking blue displays. I want to get a Sinbad or a Buck Rogers machine. I heard Joker Poker was the best of the bunch but never played that one either!

I've done some more looking and I can't find a repro backglass. What would the expected price be for buying one on eBay (assuming a good quality original came up for sale)

Expect to pay $200 for a really nice BG. A friend just got a Buck Rogers glass in near mint condition for that price. Personally, I don't think that one is all that bad. It has ink separation, but it doesn't look like it is flaking. The playfield looks awesome - makes me wonder if it was one of those '$100 pieces of wood from the factory' that Tim Arnold put in all his Sys I games.

As for game price - in fully working condition I would expect to pay $500-$600. Though at that price I would expect the boards to already be 'bullet proofed'.

Seller will go down to $700 on this. According to him, the board has been fully serviced and the playfield has been clear coated. New flippers, new pop bumpers, caps, rollovers, rubbers, etc. Most of the playfield plastics have been replaced.

I'll undercut him and sell you my restored playfield Charlies Angels with a Pi-1 CPU for $650. hehehe.
