One of these has popped up locally, I was wondering what this should sell for?

I know it's a color vector and everything, but isn't the Black Widow conversion more desirable?

Also, I read a thread recently where someone had a very nice gravitar cabinet that ended up being destroyed by it's KLOV owner who parted it out because no one wanted the cab?

Just wondering whats up with this game, it's value, etc., as it seems like it's on both ends of the spectrum.. either no one wants them (regardless of condition) or they seem to be priced too high for a game that people will smash up..

Thanks in advance!

I'd say 500 to 600ish is not outaline for a Gravitar in nice working condition.
I paid 650 for black widow. Its near mint condition.

Gravitar is a Kick Ass game. Like Space Duel is Asteroids on roids I think Gravitar is to Lunar Lander.

$500 for a real nice shape one is not out of line.

You dont see alot of people buying incomplete or broken Gravitars, because Gravitar parts can be EXPENSIVE. And 6100s can be expensive to fix and maintain. I like mine, but dang its hard to play..

Gravitar is AMAZING!

I've seen two around here in the past year- one sold quick at less than $500 and the other has been widely advertised at over $1000 and has not sold.

They're not real common, but you can play a boardset in a Space Duel cabinet with an adapter. That being said, the boardsets are not real common either.

I'd say if someone spends $700 on one, then be prepared to keep it. I don't think you'll flip it over for more money.
