Just price checking the 1985 Ghosts N' Goblins PCB, what's the going rate? Thinking about getting one, don't even know where yet, but just on the radar.

$150-200 maybe slightly more. Although it seems I've seen the whole game sell at auctions a few times in the $100-150 range but auctions seem to be slim on classics these days when they even have them.

Very hard to find for reasonable dollars. I purchased one late last year from ebay UK for $150 Aus. Have been offered them for between $250 and $300 Aus so I would suggest between $200 and $300.... Anything less than $150 would be a bargain IMO.....

I've seen the whole game in the past at auctions sell for $150-$250. I guess its just like Outruns boards are worth more than the whole game.

I used to buy GnG boards for $80 , but that was years ago . I sold one to MikeBentz that started giving me Ram errors for under $20 and then it started working fine for him when he got it .

Well, auctions are not really a good idea of what a game is worth... Ebay is a better source of info. Auction is luck of the draw. Ebay is what people(sometimes crazy people) are willing to pay.

Yes, a working board is worth almost as much a complete game. Most people don't want another cab to just get the board. Its a hassle to crush a cab and dispose of it. Plus you are usually paying more to get what you want..

I hear you, I know all that, at the end its whatever someone is willing to pay for it

True, And thats why ebay is a better pool of info than auctions... Its what a large pool of people will pay for a given item. Thats not factoring in shipping.. Pcb is $10 to ship, A cabinet is $300+.

Go to the auctions and buy a bunch of $50 games.. Eventually it gets down to finding games you want and not finding cheap games. When you get tired of playing tekken 3, mat maina, pit fighter, and wwf superstars, you might want to look for better games. Auctions are always hit or miss. If your looking for a ms pac, its pretty safe to say, you can find one every auction. But if you looking for something like warlords cocktail, well thats a little bit different. Maybe 1 in 100...

Personally, I list stuff for sale here first, Then directed email, Then CL. Last resort is ebay.. As for stuff I am looking for, its pretty much the same. Here first, Cl, then ebay. I think the last game I got at auction that I wanted was 2 years ago(area 51/max force). Before that, it was probably mad planets (Like 8 years ago). I have bought several things at auction for parts..
