I would like to know what this game is worth roughly. It is not mine but I am trying to help the owner establish a value and then possibly sell it from there. The game according to them and the one pic I have is nice. They claim it works 100%.

Thanks for you input on this.

I just tried it on mame and it's a neat game :)
And it look pretty cool, too.

I have noooooooooooo idea on price, but it seeeeems like a lot of these bronze age games are worth 10s of dollars if rough and not working and 100s if nice and are working. So, my shot in the dark guess is $300-$500.

I have no idea on price either, but seems like a pretty rare game.
Its also an Exidy game, not some random company that produced a couple black and white games and went out of business.
I would think if you got some advanced collectors or one of the museums interested in it, then its worth a fair amount $700-$1000+
If not, games like this can go begging and its well under $500.
Ive never played one, looks neat.

EDIT: BTW, that thing looks pretty minty. I would think if its some kind of minty survivor then you fall into an entire other category and the price would be well over $1000 (or maybe the front has just been painted black) dont know.

Very nice Todd! Haven't seen of these since forever.

My local arcade used to have one one of these. Very hard... but addicting gameplay.

I don't recall if the bell mechanism worked on that one though... nice feature nonetheless.

This is in the wrong section.

With 1k posts... Well yea...

We have a price check section.

Sorry, I haven't been active in a couple years and the place has changed. If it bugs you or a moderator sees this, could you please see that this makes it's way to the right section? Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the input so far. I will have to go check this out and get better pictures if it may actually be worth something to help better figure things out. Again, I do appreciate the expertise on this game. I guess another gauge of value would be if my inbox blew up with people interested and that hasn't happened as I think this falls into a special type of collector category.

I think this falls into a special type of collector category.

I think thats a pretty fair assessment.
A lot of people have space constraints when it come to collecting games.
Although this game is clearly rare, its not the kind of game most people are going to buy and put in their game room.

EDIT: That being said, I suspect this is rare enough that buyers are out there.

Any chance of getting some scans and/or decent pictures of the side art and bezel? I'e got a couple of PCBs I'd like to do something with someday, maybe a custom cabaret.

I can't guess on price, but that's only the 3rd one I've ever seen in existence, one sold on Ebay for $100 but it's worth WAY more than that, and another that was sold here on KLOV for I forget how much. Other than that the only proof outside of flyers of it ever existing was an unreleased cartridge for the Colecovision and a later homebrew. From what others are saying I'd say $800 - $1000 sounds reasonable if it's in decent shape.

There was one on a Craigslist ad in Nebraska few years back. *Think* someone here snagged it???

bezel artwork is cool, would love to see some pictures of the sideart ... hint hint

never seen or heard of this one before

I am trying to get over there Wednesday after work to get some pics and actually look at it myself. I have had some PM's on it and all I can say is let me look at it in person first and go from there. If it is to go to someone here I want to make sure it is as the owner has described it.

well, well, well

TODD:

Good to see you on here bro. Looking forward to see those pics when you get over to your friend's house. I might have a client for your friend's game. Let me know.

And more pics. Due to size I can only get two at a time.
