i think $500-$600 would be well underpriced... market for a nice working one is more in the $750-$1250 range as it's still a popular SW vector and harder to find than the original.
$2200 is the kind of price one might command if it's absolutely immaculate and the seller finds the right collector. otherwise, way way high.

Hard to believe back in '96 I bought a kiss pinball out of a guys warehouse and he had all 3 starwars uprights. He told me $300 each or $800 for all 3. I went back a few months later to get them and they were gone.
Don't know if that's who is selling it. ESB may be more rare, then again so is my RoTJ cockpit. It doesn't mean it will pull 5k. I guess it is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. I do know it has been on CL for over a week or so.
