I have a factory Empire Strike Back board set.. Cant test it because it needs a new socket for the daughter card...

Im decent a soldering but I know these are rare, and I dont want to touch it..

Hard to say without knowing if it works. IMHO having it be a ESB doesn't really add to it's value at all. More important would be that all the boards have the same serial number. My guess for value (I tracked ebay sales for SW board sets last year for about 9 months) is non working around $150-$180, working easily $275 now.

I would agree that a SW board usually goes between 175-250. However, I would say that an ESB would be slightly higher. Probably between 275 and 350. Of course, you also have to consider all the multi SW kits that's been manufactured lately. So 350+ for a good working SW w.ESB kit would be about right. And considering the multikits, the price of ESB may have dropped a bit. Not really seen many sold lately since it is still such a rare game. I seem to recall RLEVIN trying to sell a SW/ESB on EBay for 500 about 6 months ago. So hopefully that makes the answer clear (as mud, right). ;)
