$250 sounds fair to me. Can't definitively say if that's an LCD but I have the feeling it isn't.

Looks all original to me. Probably worth the asking price.

To me its all about condition with these things. If it's showing up in the picture it's going to look a lot worse in real life. I'm thinking $250-$350 is reasonable but probably closer to $350 if the monitor is good and the PCB is fully functioning. I'm not giving any value to the artwork because I assume everything but the marquee is going to need replacement. The cab is probably going to need some work.

That does look like a plywood cab, which makes it a little more valuable in my opinion.

250-350 seems like a good price range for that. It's going to need a little work but shouldn't be anything major.
