Just for the record, I didn't think you were questioning my purchase.

And I'm not trying to defend my purchase. I buy my games for me. Do I wanna get a deal? Absolutely. Do I wanna get taken? No way. Do both happen? Sure. Its almost impossible to avoid it unless you set a number out there, like most KLOV'ers do, that they simply won't pay more than $225 for any game, regardless of condition.

As for my purchases, I'm not overly concerned about flippability. My happiness is more important.

Yeah, I bought it a few years ago, actually got it in a 9 game lot off a vendor. It's got hardly any plays on it, even the inside looks great. Only thing wrong is the glass marquee has bad flaking and needs to be replaced.

I've looked for one in a half-assed off-and-on manner for a few years, and haven't seen one around WA for under $500.

I've never played the game, so it's not worth too much to me, but I play dominoes every Thursday and think it would be a cool theme game to have in the house.

There was a Domino Man, complete minus the PCB for $125.00 at the Allentown pinball show this year. I was VERY tempted to buy it. (I even drove my car this year, so I wouldn't have my truck there to be tempted to fill up with games) Anthony from Quarterarcade snapped it up later that day.

This post makes me miss playing Domino Man. I've got one that I was working on, but it's been in limbo for a year now.

Even to this day I can't believe I had the pleasure of playing Domino Man when I was a kid. I lived in West Virginia back then, and we had all the traditional games, but very few if any of the obscure titles.

My DM came down from Washington through CAX and I have it here, still wrapped up. I don't have a spot for it yet so I've not unpacked it. This thread is making me think I need to get off my ass, rearrange my games, and get some new stuff at my crib. In addition to my DM being in shrinkwrap and cardboard are the recent deliveries of Elevator Action and Marble Madness, just waiting for me to make it happen.

I do the same thing. If I buy something, I buy a minimum of two.

Bought two of Chuck's PO bezels, and bought two of the Satan's Hollow CPOs.
