I have my eye on a Defender cocktail that is in good shape, what would you guys say the high/low is on this game as far as what it's worth?

I must say I've seen Defenders go for pretty low in this area, recently a minty Stargate upright sold for $200, and it took a while to move.. I didn't buy it since I didn't have the space at the time (should have though).

I am undecided right now, but have to act fast. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks in advance..

The guy that has this Defender cocktail just contacted me again, I was wondering what you guys thought a fair market value of this machine would be? I may have a trade deal worked out.

He's looking in the $300-400 range, and it's in very nice shape. The thing that sets me back about the game is the 13" monitor, which I understand is how they came, just kind of small for a game taking up space in my collection

The 13" never bothered me.

I personally think it's one of the most asthetically-pleasing CTs you can get if all your CP light bulbs are working. Nothing lights up like a Defender CT...

wholesale 75-100
retail 200-250

I agree that these seem on the very low end, and while I am not a cocktail game guy, they seem to take more than an upright from what I've seen. Hell, a decent shape Ms. Pacman that a friend of mine had sold for almost $700 on ebay, and I passed on it at $350.

My trade value is at about $300 or so, which I am happy with.. I'm getting rid of something I don't use or care about for a nice cocktail that I would like to add to my collection.. or at least mess around with for a while and possibly sell/trade it later.

I just wanted to see what you guys thought, am i right on, getting a good deal, or should hold out for a better trade deal..

You'll probably see some pics later tonight, lol...

i sold one on ebay about a month ago for 400.00 and it took me a long time to get that price. I wasnt letting it go for less, and it was listed for 2 months

It was in nice shape and had a new monitor in it.

Does this look like an original Defender cocktail? I've only seen the woodgrain (brown) sides on one, so that's why I'm asking.. just want to make sure before I buy it..

Thanks
