Price Check- Data East Maverick

Nobodys probably paying this thread any attention, but I like to finish all my threads out for posterity... did I use that word right?? I sent a second chance offer out to a bidder from the Ebay auction and he called today and accepted it, for 1200 dollars. That's about what I have in it, but I had fun restoring it, and maybe learned a couple new things along the way. I paid 500 for it, and put about 650 in it, but, another classic game has been saved, and not parted. The price of the new DMD screen almost put that game to the parts bin, but I'm glad it has been saved. The buyer lives in Greenville, and I'm gonna meet him in Columbia in a couple weeks when I take a trip. I just checked, and I can power it off of my power inverter in my 4runner, so I can show him it works, and the menu system for diagnosis. good sale.. thread is now complete

Awesome ending and a good save. I was one of the people watching your auctions because I wanted to see the outcome.
