This one (if it even is a caberet - don't know what else to call it):

I just picked up one for $200. It needs a new CPO and the trackball could use some new bearings, but otherwise it's in great shape. The monitor works fine, but I'll probably be recapping it.

the monitor is the same size as the upright. I typically am not a huge fan of cabaret versions of arcade games, but this is an exception.

i got mine from a woman who lived in an old cement factory by the LA river. $175.

I had a hard time getting $350 for mine. I would say $400 if its mint or very close to it.
Damn there must be a sticker that says sucker on my forehead 'cause I dropped $500 on mine... then spent even more on a NOS CPO, NOS side art, Millipede board, adapter, Braze kit, new bearings, just put in a new tube last week... :001_ssuprised:

I doubt it, I got mine off of eBay. They did not come with it, the original purchaser had to send in a card after purchase and Atari would mail it to them. Never get tired though of posting this pic of mine... :D

Whoa! Are you saying that side art was an original Atari deal?? They created that artwork for the Cabaret? I never knew that. Now I need it!

I love my Centipede Cabaret. I got it for a really great price. I like it better than the full-size. I think it's an awesome cabinet.

I have since replaced that ugly black button with a white one. That's all I needed to do to mine. :)

That is exactly what I am saying. But since you had to mail in for it, I'm sure few did and even fewer actually installed it. Mine cost $140 plus shipping on eBay. I installed it myself. :D I know mamemarquees has it available (repro of course) and I believe it is also on Rikitiki's project list.

Yeah, I'm waiting to see and will get whatever Rikitiki comes up with for the side art. The mini really grows on you and I'm glad to have picked mine up.

blkdog7, I think Rikitiki is making a list on the different Atari Cabaret's to gauge interest so make sure you sign up.

I'm on his list for Asteroids Deluxe and Missile Command. The cabarets are nice, they make my tiny 1 bedroom condo look like a room with some games in it, not wall to wall games.

I'm a fan of the cabaret, especially for the reason already mentioned- 19" monitor goodness.

My game came from an op in Topeka, KS (Google, KS for the month of March) and I picked it up for $25 bucks. It had been converted to Capcom Bowling and the logic side of the harness was missing along with the bezel. To make matters worse, someone had hacked up the trackball hole for a bigger ball.

I picked up one of Scott's repro mini control panels (perfect) and set about collecting the rest of the parts over the course of a couple years. Now it's running on a dedicated cabaret harness, new overlay and rebuilt trackball, and I finally found a very nice original bezel after a couple to misfires.

I've also got factory NOS cabaret sideart for it, unapplied until I get the basement done and it's safely in place. Those Atari Cabarets with the 19" monitors are excellent and always worth saving.
