im looking to pick up a bubbles duramold, and never even knew something like this existed. its missing one of the pcbs, otherwise all there and good condition. whats a reasonable price for this?

its missing the main pcb
so i think the 700 they are asking is way too high

probably true, you need to consider when the next time you will ever see one of these will be, and how much you want it.

it'd be a cool game to have for sure

$700 is a great deal for it.. Any board problem can be solved for under $250. Its not like blaster where the pcbs are unique.

I prefer the wood upright(which I have), or I would be driving up north right now to get it.. I would say its easily worth $1k+. Much harder to find than duramold blaster and thats a $3k+ game(plus bubbles is the better game).

My lord, I would find 700.00 for a clean duramold that's only missing the boards. Why can't this deal be on the east coast?

Not to rub it in (well, maybe), but you could always wait and cross your fingers for a deal like I got: FREE! Just cost me a trip to Maine, where I just happened to be going anyway, so just had a 20-minute detour. I actually saved mine from the dumpster. A little TLC and it became one of my favorites. Between this and my SW cockpit I can't see getting rid of it. That's my one and only deal of a lifetime I think I'll ever see in this hobby. (thanks again, Paul!)

More to the post, you don't see duramolds often at all (at least around here). Even on eBay, so if you are on the fence at all then I'd say jump on it because there's no telling when another will pop up. For $700 I probably wouldn't think twice.

Good luck!
