I'm hoping to get one of these at some point during the year. I was just wondering what's reasonable for one. Also, how rare of a game is it. I know it's a conversion of gravitar, but I wonder if it was very popular bitd. I'd like to know if this is a game that pops up fairly often.

I know Black Widow machines are highly sought after, so my educated guess for a reasonable price for one would probably be $400 - $600 depending on the condition.

I have seen 2 Black Widows in my 7+ years of collecting. I have one and won't part with it for less than a grand. And no, I am not selling. I've got 3 people lined up waiting to purchase it when I decide to sell it.

It may be possible to find one for $600 but I think that would be a fluke. A gravitar at $600 working is about right, maybe a little low. I guess it depends on what part of the country you are in and what the market will bear. But it's that story everywhere. Good luck in your hunt.

I think it depends on if the cabinet side art is gravitar or Black widow. There are quite a few BW cabs that never had the art applied.

I would never sell my BW. They are harder to find than gravitar, but I think you should be able to find one $600-$800.

BW is one of my favorite games. I like it better than gravitar, so I think its popular. I have heard some people claim its nothing more than a robotron ripoff..

Have you tried ebay? As they might have reasonable prices for BW. That game seems to be a cool game to play. Good luck with your hunt.

$500-$850

Depending on shape. I sold my near mint BW for within that range just a few months ago and it took a little while. $1000 is too much.

I saw one go for a little over $500 within the past few months as well (wasn't in awesome shape but worked.)

A nice working 6100 is worth $300 - $400 so don't expect to find a complete working game in that price range.

Good luck on your search :).

...

i would say they sell for more than $600. lately ive seen 2 sell for $800 each. condition is important and timing.

I agree totally. Mine is beautiful with 100% Black Widow side art. One of my all time favorite games. At a minimum, it'll take $1000 to pry it out of my hands (I'm not saying they're worth a grand....just sayin' :))

OK! Black Widow for sale.....in 2025!

You might break my score with 15 years of practice.....maybe!

Oh yeah.....Maybe you should work on getting my high scores off your games, first.

Luckily - at that price - neither of you are in danger of losing your Black Widows. You can sleep sound at night.
