So, I've had this in my basement for a while. The game was working, but it blew a coil & I havent fixed that yet. It is never played (nor would it be if it was working). The plan is to sell it, but I need to know value to determine if I should fix & sell as working, sell as a project, or part out.

Glass is in OK shape. It was flaking, but triple thicker a few years ago. Damage was at the bottom of the glass. Playfield has pretty good wear in the middle of the Playfield (see pic). Also some smaller damage elsewhere. Consider the Playfield worn. Plastics are intact. Displays work. Sound works. Cabinet artwork is decent.

Any advice or information is welcome. Thanks.

I worked on one of these in the past. Was a nightmare! I had to completly overhaul it.
Do you have any pics? I would say that you should get 800 for it easy, since it's not working, maybe 700

Mine was in better shape, 100% working and I tried selling it for over a year, starting at $800. After all that time, I finally had to settle for $400 to make way for my TOTAN. With the DMD craze in full effect, EM and Most SS pin values seem to be way down. Hopefully prices on these older pins will bounce back.

That game is $250 TOPS.

I bought mine for $400 and it looked like this:

Put a little elbow grease into it and now looks like this:

And my backglass is near perfect.
If I was to sell it now (which Im not) I would be happy with $800. Way too many of them were produced and its not a 'fun' game to most people. Personally, I love it.

That's what I'm afraid of, and why I'm considering parting it out.

By the way, the pics were from when I first got it home. The play field looks better after a cleaning, although the worn areas were not fixed.

if you part it out I need a good backglass

just for reference, I own 2 of these, picked up a nice one for 300, and one with a bad backglass for 100 (both complete but non working)

I got my Lost World for free, and the condition is nowhere near as nice as Zack5959's but not quite as bad of playfield wear of the OP's machine. When doing research on value from various sources, I figured a really, really nice Lost World maybe would be worth $500 but what I had was around $300 working. The game has great backglass and playfield art in my eyes, but the play leaves something to be desired. So if you were selling it to someone just getting into pinball they may pay more.

Man - I can't get over how nice your machine is Zack5959. I wish my playfield was in as good of shape as yours.

^^^^Nice Machine!

Over the weekend, I put the back legs up on a 2x4 to get the ball moving faster.
Definitely makes the game more interesting, but requires a new learning curve.

I spent hours touching it up with a paint brush. The purple looked like a dead-on match until I clearcoated it...lesson learned.

Thanks for the compliment.

I actually bought a bunch of supplies to try and repair the playfield a long time ago, but never got around to that particular project. I'm not terribly artistic, so its probably beyond my pay grade anyway.

Alternatively, I could argue that I'm not likely to make it much worse...
