This pickup is turning out a lot nicer than I expected. Replaced the monitor and 28 #44 bulbs and we've got a pretty nice looking cabinet. The marquee flashes like it should. The biggest problem is it is missing one wheel assembly (where to find?). Aladdin's Castle Property Number: 88007.

For those that don't know, these taito jamma cabinets were kept on location allowing for just the boards to be replaced and shipped around. The cabinet is designed for easy monitor rotation and control panel replacement. What's she worth?

No idea on worth, but damn, it's nice to see one so complete and nice looking! Mine was in terrible shape when I got it and I have just recently made it into a working game again.

You can e-mail Namco with the serial number to find out where it's been during it's life if you are curious (and ask nicely).

Here is mine after the rebuild, paint removal, and new t-molding:

Great looking game! I played several games kitted into these cabinets at the Aladdin's Castle in Spotsylvania Mall, Spotsylvania VA back in the late 80s and early 90s. Certainly wouldn't mind having one now.

i think it would be worth a whole lot more if you put a different game in there.

almost any game.
I can't tell you how right are. I was a little disappointed when I fired it up because the guy I got it from thought there was a "multi-game in it that had galaga and some other classics". I'm quite certain I will never have the patience to learn the nuances of pit fighter.
