Price Check: 1976 FACES Pinball machine

faces

the 08 mr pinball says 475 but with todays economy i would think 300 is garage retail

The biggest problem I see with the machine is the manufacturer. Parts may be hard to come by if you need to repair anything. The big three (Bally, WIlliams, and Gottleib) are well supported by the aftermarket but I've never heard of Sonic getting much support in the US, it is (was?) a Spanish company.

So basically its not worth the hassel. LOL

I wouldn't say it is not worth the hassel, but it will not be a forgiving machine to learn on. You'd be better served to buy something more common for a first machine so people can help you learn easier. How much is he asking?

youd have to be able to buy it at 20 to 50 buks for it to be worth the hassle

I was just gonna pick it up cheap and list it on e-bay ...if it was worth anything. He's asking 300 for it...so it ain't worth the hassle.

But if the consensus is that its not worth more than 300..then I don't want to bother because I was going to flip it anyway and not keep it.

An EM with dual spinners is a keeper in my book. The 3rd side flipper for the spinner/lane shot is a bonus. ;)

That's what it looks like to me. Ball stops up top for the plunger shot, but lets you do some orbital loops during the game.
