Presentation on Hacking the MegaTouch Force 2011 to bypass security key

Actually if you change the key on a Force Gametime you can run regular Force software.
You could also use ION software on an ION Gametime, but you will have to change the i/o board as well as the key.

Not sure which version Force software/key you tried on a force Gametime ioboard but i know i tried 2011 and you get a error message screen during install that you are trying to install commercial Force software on a gametime machine, or something along those lines.

Actualy now that I think about it, it was a kidspace that all I did was change the key. It was the same machine but must of had a standard io board in it then. Gametime must have special firmware on the io boards. The ION gametimes just need the io boards changed. I have bought a few of them with bad batteries that wouldnt turn on.

Yeah Force Kidzpace keys will work in Force machines and vise versa. I remember i had a 2006 Kidzpace key that for some reason would boot up as force with an old version of 2006 but would boot up as Kidzpace with the 2006.5 version.

And yes, there is special vid/pid's in the ioboard firmware that prevents using commercial software with home version hardware.
