If I could get an answer to my question, I just might order one. Also, it might be helpful if quantities ordered so far were updated on the front page or something.
PREORDER: MsPac, Galaga and Pac cocktail screened glasses begins June 30th

I work 2 businesses from home and taking care of my 8 and 6 year old in the summer.
the quantities are so low its not worth posting. if we get close enough I would say hey we only need one or two more.

Nope. I have no desire to send cash out the door just to have it sent back. It was communicated that numbers were well off so I made my decision based on that. I always thought it helpful on preorder threads to see the current tally. I don't understand the reason to keep that under wraps.
I hope there are a lot of you, put in your orders now!

bumping the thread for additional interest.
this might still happen at the end. those that dont preorder will pay a higher non-preorder price if we make it. probably another $40.
only asking for 5 each. here is the current totals, but I wont update them again because Im going on vacation sunday and wont be back til the preorder period ends. if you guys wanna keep a running total while Im gone then you can see where we are at

I do have several people that said they would jump in at the end, but I cant count anyone til they send me payment.
if its such an inconvenience for someone to preorder and get an immediate refund if it doesnt happen then I dont know what to say other than sorry I dont have a perfect system.

With Darin on vacation I'm Going to bump this. I sent my payment so I added to the numbers in the quote. let's get this through while he's on vacation. Ie you sent your payment in let's keep adding to this thread.

I've been waiting for something like this for a long time. The underlays, although decent, don't look as good as glass screened art.

Darin is on vacation, and won't be back till after the pre-order date. You can go to his website and look at his work. http://www.phoenixarcade.com/art.htm
I believe since the black is screened twice, that would protect it.
here is a quote from his first post:
"These will be reverse screened onto tempered glass with the Midway logo.
A Two-Bit upright bezel repro with 6 colors and approx 483 sq inches is $179. A Shay Arcade group pinball backglass with varying amounts of colors and approx. 728 sq inches are priced between $275-$295. These glasses will have 7 colors (black screened twice) and approx 704 sq inches with the EXTRA cost of rounded corners. If you think the price is high then this project is not for you. A screened underlay and new cut glass will run you $100+ and thats probably the direction you need to be."
