I need to sell for $ reasons, it has minor cosmetic damage and the power supply is burnt out. It is that super cool dedicated cabinet and whacky trac-cylinder. I really don't know what is fair to ask for it. Plus I am in a $ bind so I could use just a little guidance. Austin, tx.
Thanks Y'all.

A Major Havok is probably not worth much. A Major Havoc, on the other hand, could be worth quite a bit.

I'll buy it for $1,000 sight unseen. j/k

If you are in need of money, I think
$2,000+ would be an attractive price and would most likely sell quickly if the game is working and cosmetically nice. Pictures would be required to sell online for this price.

If you have a week or more, price it at $3K+ and see if you get any takers.

If you want to sell it for $1,000, I call dibs!! ;-)

If you are saying the power supply is burnt out, there is no way of confirming anything in the cab is working without someone bringing over a replacement power supply for testing.

Looks like a bad joke to me...

He even signed up with a user name with the same mis-spelling. Everybody who gets on here pretty much already knows what a Major Havoc is worth. Fake...

why would it be fake?

shoot some pictures Major!

I've seen people sell their Mortal Combat, their pack man, and their Cosmic Cruiser

I wonder if it's fake, too, but I REALLY wonder why anyone would bother taking the time to make the fake. It's not funny or interesting.

If anyone is thinking about making a fake id and post, I recommend doing anything more useful. Go make a sandwich. Call your mom. Floss. Make a real posting and sell all your cabarets.

I don't understand why someone would fake that. Plenty of people misspell.

I would think an absolute mint condition, non tempest conversion would be $2000 max. Average around $1200-$1500.

You should post pics of the inside and outside of the cab.

The more pics the better.

Potential buyers 'll want to see what you've got.

I can only dream of owning one.... :( And i think his post is BS.

I'm on the fence about owning one, I've played a Major Havoc several times that has the spinner, and honestly I'm not all that impressed but I haven't played one with the roller, and I know for a factor the correct controls can make all the difference when playing a game!

I just need to find a dedicated Major Havoc to play!

the roller just makes the game a little harder

I've played the shit out of my conversion MH (tempest) and I play the dedicated when I go to CAX. It seems like 2 different games. Now maybe MH had different board revisions like asteroids, I don't know. But everything is faster on the dedicated machine that shows up at CAX. music is faster, screen changes are faster, it's different. again maybe it's just a board revision, I wouldn't know.
