I might be able to get a PPII but they guy is telling me to make an offer. Its a dedicated cabinet in good working and cosmetic shape. What would be a reasonable offer?

Upright or cockpit? Upright - $300 for a working PPII is reasonable IMHO, cockpit, perhaps $400...

Realize though that I am a cheap bastard.

Here are the pics he sent me:

Monitor is going to need a cap kit (curl at top) likely... Side is in decent shape... what about the other side? CP is dirty/smokey... depending on how the other side looks... $200.00-$250.00 would be my offer.

I agree... PP cabs ARE a dime a dozen. Working ones aren't.

Good catch on the screws. That would be a biggie for me. $150-$200 maybe.

BTW - That is NOT a dedicated PPII cabinet but, like 95% of the others out there... a converted PP. PPII cabinets have their own (different) art.

I would offer $100...pole position cabs are a dime a dozen.

Then I'll take one for a penny. :)

I have dedicated Pole Position II cabinet with Pole Position boardset. This cabinet has a sticker on top that says "Atari Ireland LTD. Tipperary Town Ireland".

(I'd rather have a U.S. cabinet though).
