Ok dude, you seriously posting the same thing in every thread is a bit ridiculous and it looks like you are just trying to bump up your post count.

I have gotten several boards from powermeup with no issues.

!Wow! Is all I can say to this. Sorry I don't appreciate getting ripped off. Settle down I'm burning bridges! If I'm burning bridges with other people cause He refused to give me a tracking number and all kinds of other excuses which I'm doing going over. You'd be surprised of all the people in my pm box that are waiting and have sent money and are getting excuses from him. Also, I hardly think Trying to save people from getting ripped off has anything to do with getting my posts up. Who even does that? !Wow!

OK DUDE, What and why would someone bump up post count? Sorry If I got Jacked around and you got a good deal. I'm sorry if this upsets you but i'm not the only one he's jacking around on deals/sales in multiple threads and as smalltownguy calls them bridges! Sorry for trying to save someone else the problems.
 
there's a neutral/negative feedback to post your issues. Following someone around and posting like this just looks a bit much. Not taking sides, just step back and look at it from everyone else's vantage point. I've got someone from here i've been waiting 8 months for a part from. 200.00 part.. and i've yet to rant about it, or even name him (don't think i did anyways) i'm just ultra patient i guess.
 
I understand you're upset about the situation, but you've already seen several other people speak up about the fact that the seller is OK. I haven't seen anyone chime in that powermeup is a deadbeat. If you have multiple folks that have already PM'ed you telling you that they didn't get their stuff, please let me know via PM.

You hit every one of his FS threads with the same warning. I'm pretty sure this single thread was enough to call him out to help you finish your transaction. Bumping every one of his other FS threads is excessive and a bit tacky, in my opinion. You're making yourself look bad. If I'm off base here, I'll apologize. I'm simply another person sharing their opinion. Take it for what it's worth.

I have seen many other people flame all over the place for situations like this, and everyone involved gets collateral damage. Take a step back and try a more constructive approach.

When was the last time you got communication from powermeup?

Seriously, you need to calm down. As others have said, you don't need to follow the guy around and hijack every thread he posts just because your stuff is a little late. If you have beef, post it in the neg or neutral forum and be done with it. Once is enough. You're not making any friends here by blasting another member who A) Has been here a lot longer and has more respect here than you, and B) Has been vouched for by NUMEROUS other members, who all also have more clout here than you. Relax.

But yes, the neutral/negative feedback sections are the place to post this kind of stuff (and any new FS posts he may create). I didn't think it warranted a negative feedback, but I would hate to think that some people such as myself not chiming in would lead to more people getting screwed. Going by past experience, he probably will come through, but that vague timeframe doesn't help matters.

I got in each of the recent threads that he had posted not all his posts because not everyone reads every single post. The Negative feedback post is buried and how many people actually read it frequently. I apologize for trying to possible save more people from buying from him. There is a post about it and I need to correct it. I looked on paypal its Been over a month and not going over all the lies and stories he has said to me and the list of other people.(mine and his deal)
A. What does length of time he's been on here have anything to do with this if he's lying,jacking people around, and stealing. Why would you judge me I've never even heard of you!! I'm just posting about this and speaking up for me & other people who are getting scammed and your saying I'm losing them as friends? We'll I got a pm box of people who don't care how long he's been on here or how much clout you think he has! Then again all I was doing was trying to stop people from getting ripped off and your saying i'm losing friends: That's terrible 1. your speaking for other people 2. How are you the judge of respect of him and the judge that decides who is my friend? Are you friends with him? Are you the other guy in his picture? Maybe people have had good dealings with him years ago what does that have to do with the last few months.I'm sorry your comments of clout and respect are off cause there are alot of other people who dont feel the same way. I will be the better man with you I don't even have a problem with but want to try and judge and clout me for some reason! I'm sorry if I have offended you with my replies that you posted!

I apologize to any member who has been offended as for my intentions were to save someone else from being scammed or wanting to avoid being lied and jacked around.

I guess if i see someone stealing I'll just look the othe way for now on. I apologize!

I'm Sorry My intentions are only to help someone else from falling into a scam, I understand there is two sides to a story. well for a month thats all i have had from him. stories, lies, and the last thing is what really pissed me off yesterday he said. Oh, you haven't got your item. that was all he said. I have been saying this the whole time as with asking for the item or a tracking number in a nice way for a month. I asked for a refund now not even a response so I made my post. If you wait too long you cant open a dispute either for other people to be aware of! I apolpgize DP if this offends you I didn't try to do anything but help people from him! I will look into a different approach like you said is a good idea!
 
Just wanted to let people know that I got my items I was waiting for. Powermeup has been in contact with me and he has done what he said he would do. Took a little longer than normal but I know things happen. I know I've had to fix things that I messed up. I'll do business with him again.

I saw this post a few days ago and something about it bothered me. I'm not saying it's you or the shipper, but there are two sides to every story and I'd sure like to hear the "ultra confused shipper's" side of the story.

I mean, item "a" goes to address "a", item "b" goes to address "b", item "c" goes to address "c". If that's how you gave the shipper the info and they couldn't get it right, then I agree, you have an ultra confused shipper. If you didn't give the shipper the info that way, why not? How did you give them the info? Maybe that's why they were confused and it wasn't really their fault.

I see that some people are posting they are starting to receive their stuff, so maybe it's all well and good. Before you ask why am I butting in on this since I didn't buy anything, well, I was interested in a few items and asked questions several times, but you totally ignored me with no response. So I suspect I won't get an answer to my question here either. Oh well, probably all for the best, sounds like it was a mess. Hope it all works out for everyone.
 
Still no resolution from Powermeup aka Fred Burch & Mary Ann Magee

Anyone ever get anywhere with this a-hole? His 180 day PayPal suspension is now over. I keep hounding him and his cohort Mary Ann Magee (P.O. Box 7341, Orange, CA 92863-7341) and haven't received a dime or a response for quite a while. However, their emails seem to still be good.
