I have An Asteroids, and the Power supply reads 5.8 VDC on the board. The game does not freeze seems to be running normal. There are minor retrace lines. I did A cap kit. Would that cause the retrace lines, because of the change in voltage? A bad Filter Cap? (Big Blue)

The Audio/Redulator board should have a small pot on it. It is to adjust the 5VDC line. I'd turn it down a bit. Retrace on the monitor.......adjust the brightness pot or the contrast pot. They are on the monitor's deflection board.

You were right on the power supply issue. Thank You! I can still see retrace lines when the Asteroids move around the screen. Maybe it's supposed to look like that?

Nope. As Edward said, adjust down your bright & contrast controls... they're on the board on the monitor chassis, not the gameboard or power supply.
