Looks to be a standard PC power supply, or a Peter Chou maybe....with a simple pass through block that's been double-sided taped to the top, and then wired out to naomi power connectors.
Basically, it looks like you got some "I don't have spare SUN psu's, so I will do whatever I can to make it work, and keep it from frying anything" solutions. I cant say much, I have used a PC psu in place of a SUN...but I did pin mine direct to the connectors....that bypass block can be a headache as its not labeled.
Not trashing on what you've got...they should work fine on a Naomi, as long as they psu's themselves work. Just definitely a rigged kind of situation, and definitely not factory.
