Yes, the original fuse cover is fish paper.

These are probably made using the repro plates and parts kits from Takeman he was taking preorders for a while back. Cost was about $75 without the transformer and harness (you provide those).
I got 7 of them myself, put some of the parts on one but didn't finish it since time was tight last weekend. Looks pretty awesome.

If you look closely at the first pic in the thread, you can see the serial decals still in the same place.
