Possible part out: World Class Bowling Deluxe in an NBA JAM?
Well after playing around with this one today I found a few issues with it, so Im considering parting it out (or Ill still sell it whole). Heres the breakdown...
It's a mostly working WCB Deluxe. Appears to be in an old NBA Jam cabinet? See photos for serial tag. The original wiring and power supply seem to be here with minor modifications made for WCB. Control Panel is massive (originally a 4P NBA Jam from what it looks like underneath) and the white trackball is in good shape. The PCB is working but is having a sound issue. Mostly no sound, but there is garbage in the speaker from time to time (I just unplugged it).
The monitor is a WG 25K7191 with very little burn and is working, with issues. Theres a short in the flyback which is causing the monitor to go out of focus and occasionally goes dim. A chunk of plastic missing from the neckboard (see photos). The plastic ring thats normally sandwiched between the neckboard and neck is also missing (see photos).
Marquee looks good, lights are all working. All glass and plastics look good. Cabinet is all black and shows average wear. Back door is missing. Coin door is complete but has a piss poor cutout for a DBA. The plate over the hole hides this though. Coin bucket is missing. I have the WCB manual. Original Midway service panel is here but not hooked up, so untested.
Any love for this beast or any of the parts in it? I'm currently looking for parts to fix it but I really dont care either way, just want it gone.
I will not ship the whole monitor but I may consider selling the chassis. I will sell the game whole locally if anyone wants it. May also be making another trip to KC soon and will be in STL next month. I will ship the control panel, though shipping will probably be outrageous for it.
Anyone?
