Popeye Monitor Problem

Have a popeye and the picture looks amazing except at the very top on the popeye house and on the other side where it says olive and shows how many lives you have left. Its almost like the image is bleeding and the colors are not right and seems to be moving at times. Maybe one of the pot drives is turned up too high? Or does it need a cap kit? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

One of my friends told me that a new degaussing coil will take care of this problem. Just wanted your input if this was true. Where is the best place to get this at? And how do you go about putting a new one on? Sorry new to fixing arcades.
 
A degaussing coil? That fixes color problems but it will not affect movement.


Can you take a pic and post it here? Honestly it sounds like caps, when was the last time the caps were replaced?
 
I will have to take pics from the digital camara tonight....the pictures I attached are from my cell phone....

Can't tell from your pics, but is your score display messed up? I had this problem and adjusting the H Hold knob fixed it. The Hold is on the Monitors main board next to the IC.

Uh? NO.

most likely your h hold is off and needs to be tweaked. can't tell from the 2" pics.
 
ok I will mess with h hold again. Im sorry about the small pics but like I said it was taken from my camara phone and will take more pics tonight with the digital....thanks for all of the responses.....

yeah the score is messed up a lil bit as well.....i will just mess with the h hold again tonight when I get home.......thanks again :)
