Popeye Instruction Sticker Done!

I don't even have a popeye and I'll order one.

Can somebody mach up a yellow one by their machine? It's hard to make the call without being able to see it in perspective.

In context, I think the blue is best. But, if Rich is willing to make both, people can choose.

I don't know anything about this, it is a reproduction of something original, or something you made all yourself? Either way, looks frick'n sweet!

John designed this. He actually started with the DK3 one, since it never came with one. The DK3 was pixelized, to mimic the DK and DKJR ones.

He had this idea for Popeye, for a while. I like the cartoon look of it. Very nice work. Both colors are great. Again, I'm very happy with the extra black highlighting. It really set if off.

So who knows? Down the road, we could see a Mario Bros one. A Punch-Out one. *Vs SMB actually looks like it deserves one!

looks really good. just a couple of pieces of constructive criticisms:
- you have the notes, hearts and letters as a graphic to match the instruction - but is there a way to fit the missing bottle near the buzzard and skull?
- the 'POPEYE' in the banner has a white outline, but the marquee doesnt. I know it is a small detail difference, but it stuck out to me immediately.

i may have to order one for my popeye... i think i like the blue over yellow background. Yellow seems to be too much (imho), but what about yellow stars? they would match the control panel.

Also: The order in which the objects appear and are shown/listed are consistent for Hearts, Notes and Letters. However they're inconsistent with appearance in the game for the next line: "Punch Buzzards, Bottles, and Skulls!"

To be consistent it should be: "Bottles, Buzzards and Skulls!"; and find a way to work a bottle in above/left of the buzzard.

Also: Is it a Buzzard or a Vulture? I see significantly more references to Vulture than I do Buzzard with relation to Popeye.

I suggest Mario Bros.

Mario Bros would be odd, right? It doesn't have the wood piece. I think Radarscope is the next natural candidate. Or, are you guys talking about DK conversions?
