I have a nice working Popeye in either a DKjr or Mario Cabinet. I believe this was a installed kit as the art looks to be original and has the proper nintendo plate on the back for Popeye. The monitor is super crisp and overall cabinet is in great shape. I will also mention one of the coin mechs on the front of coin door looks to have been replaced at some point but both work.
