No. I purchased it from a guy who had it since the late 80's. He got it from a local operator. I'm the 3rd owner.

Like I stated earlier:

She's a beaut and looks like a true, dedicated Popeye in the American/ Particle Board cabinet.

These cabs used laminate, not a gel coat like the plywood Japanese cabs most people know.

According to my calculations the last Captains Auction they sold around 3000. Due to Iowa arcade rate being double that of California then its 6000. Take into account the condition being much better that adds an extra 18% increase in price. Lets not forget the current Coronavirus surcharge and I am shocked that this didn't sell for 14 million dollars
